Twice a year, Flycatcher conducts a survey commissioned by Maastricht University and Eurest to assess student and employee satisfaction with catering services at the university. Based on the comments during previous Flycatcher surveys, Eurest en Facility Services have implemented a number of points for improvement:
- less packaging by using more bells and serving dishes
- new fresh baguettes
- within Banqueting it is possible to choose your own toppings on sandwiches
- at GL17 there is a sandwich concept where you can make your own sandwich
- Meatless Monday at various locations
- periodically a POP-UP restaurant in the Gobal Villages (Traveling Kitchen)
